At Foyer every resident rents their own fully-furnished studio apartment, with their own bathroom and galley kitchen. Your apartment and the building is really safe and someone is around 24 hours a day to make sure it stays that way. We also keep our apartments looking and feeling great. The apartments are student sized, a place to create a future, but not so big that they are complicated to look after. It’s your private space to make your own.

Leederville is a great location to live in, with super easy access to trains and buses. Foyer is onsite at North Metropolitan TAFE, so education is nearby, and the Leederville Village has great cafés, shops and recreation spaces.
Your rent includes all your bills, which are water, electricity, and complimentary wifi internet to help you with work or study, as well as giving you access to well-equipped common areas and outdoor spaces.
There are private study rooms, a public computer room, and interview and counselling spaces should you need them.
