Your apartment

At Foyer every young parent rents their own fully-furnished one bedroom apartment, with their own bathroom and galley kitchen. Your apartment and the building is really safe and someone is around 24 hours a day to make sure it stays that way. We also keep our apartments looking and feeling great. The apartments are fairly small sized, a place to create a future, but not so big that they are complicated to look after. It’s your private space to make your own.

Leederville is great location to live in, with super easy access to trains and buses. Foyer is onsite at North Metropolitan TAFE, so education is nearby, and the Leederville Village has great cafés, shops and recreation spaces, including an amazing kids playground. There is childcare available in the area but it can be in high demand, we’ll support you to get a place for your kid if that’s what you need.

Your rent includes all your bills, which are water, electricity, and complimentary wifi internet to help you with work or study, as well as giving you access to well-equipped common areas and outdoor spaces. There are special facilities for young parents to hang out with each other, including a roof terrace and common room.

There are private study rooms, a public computer room, and interview and counselling spaces should you need them.
